Green Thumb Cleaning - Service Policies
 

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To avoid a fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes.

Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours): Subject to a fee equal to 40% of the service rate.

Lockout / No Access: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a 75% cancellation fee applies to cover crew travel and lost time.


2. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.

Accepted Methods: Cash, Interac e-Transfer (Preferred), Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Commercial Accounts: Invoices are due Net 15 unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.


3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee We stand by our work. If any area does not meet our professional standards, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean that specific area at no extra charge.

Note: Refunds are not issued; we fix the issue.

4. Health & Safety Our technicians follow strict safety protocols.

Heavy Lifting: For safety, staff do not lift items weighing more than 35 lbs. Please move heavy furniture prior to our arrival if you wish for us to clean behind it.

Heights: We use 2-step ladders only. We do not climb higher than 6 feet.

Weather: In winter months, please ensure walkways and driveways are cleared of snow/ice. We reserve the right to cancel service if access is deemed unsafe.


5. Damages & Liability Green Thumb Cleaning is Fully Insured.

Accidents: While we are meticulous, accidents can happen. If we cause damage, we will notify you immediately and handle the repair/replacement through our insurance.

Limitations: We are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improperly installed items (e.g., loose blinds, artwork not anchored), or artwork/collectibles not secured.

6. Pets & Access We love pets! However, to ensure efficiency and safety, please ensure aggressive or anxious pets are secured during the clean.

Alarm Systems: If you have an alarm, please provide the disarm code or ensure it is turned off prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for false alarms triggered by lack of instructions.
