Are you insured?

Absolutely. Green Thumb Cleaning is a fully insured cleaning company. We carry liability insurance to take the safety of your property and our staff seriously, providing you with complete peace of mind.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

For residential cleaning, we bring our own professional-grade equipment and supplies. For commercial/office cleaning, we generally use the facility's preferred supplies and equipment to prevent cross-contamination, but we can provide our own upon request.

How do I pay for services?

We make it easy. We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and direct deposits. For recurring maid services and janitorial contracts, we can set up automated billing so you never have to worry about a late invoice.
 

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We stand behind our Gold Standard of quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with any area we’ve cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that specific area at no extra charge.

Why is a Deep Clean mandatory for the first visit?

To maintain a "Gold Standard" shine, we must start with a clean slate. Our initial Deep Clean removes deep-set dust, grime, and buildup that standard cleaning misses. This brings your home up to our maintenance level so our recurring visits stay efficient and affordable.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

We offer the best of both worlds! Our standard protocol uses heavy-duty professional products to tackle deep grease and grime, but we are also fully equipped and happy to provide a Strictly Eco-Friendly Clean. If you prefer 100% non-toxic, plant-based products for your space, just let us know and we will switch our kit for you!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That is entirely up to you. Many of our Stouffville clients prefer to be out while we clean so they can come home to a fresh space. We can arrange entry via a lockbox, garage code, or hidden key.
 

Can I schedule a specific time?

Yes. Unlike some services that give you an "all-day window," we provide specific arrival times for our house cleaning appointments. We respect your schedule and communicate clearly if traffic causes any delay.

What is included in a recurring Maid Service?

Our weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleans cover all high-traffic areas: kitchen sanitization, bathroom scrubbing, floor vacuuming/mopping, and dusting of all surfaces. It keeps your home "guest-ready" all week long.

Yes. We understand that productivity is key. We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure your business operations are never disrupted by vacuum noise or cleaning crews.

Do you require a long-term contract?

We earn your business with every clean. We offer custom service agreements to lock in your janitorial rate, but we generally do not force clients into restrictive long-term contracts.

Do I need to provide the supplies for my office?

Most of our commercial clients prefer us to use their onsite supplies (chemicals, liners, paper products) to ensure consistency, but we are fully equipped to provide cleaning supplies if you prefer an all-inclusive service.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

Consistency is security. We strive to assign the same dedicated cleaning team to your facility. This ensures they know your specific security protocols, alarm codes, and priority areas inside and out.

Do you offer walkthroughs for quotes?

Yes. Commercial cleaning isn't "one size fits all." We provide free onsite walkthroughs for businesses in Markham and Stouffville to assess your square footage and specific needs (like boardroom glass or high-traffic lobby floors) before giving a final price.
